By purchasing from MooXa, you acknowledge and accept that delivery timelines are provided on an estimated basis. Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days prior to dispatch. For international shipments outside the United States, all orders are shipped DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid).

The customer is solely responsible for paying any inbound duties, customs clearances, taxes, or local administrative fees levied by destination courier services or customs officials. MooXa does not collect these fees and cannot offer compensation or refunds for charges incurred through local customs regulations.

Section 8 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
